Introducing Engineering Village Chat: Talk to Product Specialists 24/7

All Engineering Village users can now get support from Engineering Village product specialists 24/7 via the new Chat support feature.

Users can get immediate help from Engineering Village support team members at any point during their research activities, any time of day and any day of the week. The support specialists have a deep knowledge of both the product platform features and content.  Users can interact with a support team member in real time which enables follow-up questions and further clarification on inquiries.  The chat feature also includes capabilities for sharing screen images so support team members can guide users via examples as well as through text replies.

How to access the new Chat Support Feature:

1) Select ‘Support’ on the top menu bar, then ‘Contact’


2) On the Contact page, select the ‘Chat’ icon:
