In 2017 the Engineering Libraries Division (ELD) will celebrate its 50th anniversary as a division and the 75th anniversary of the first organized engineering librarians group in the American Society for Engineering Education. In celebration of the ELD’s double anniversary year, the Anniversary Planning Task Force* is publishing a monthly e-mail digest called, "Milestones in Engineering Information" to highlight important topics in the history of engineering libraries and information.

ASEE's 123rd Annual Conference & Exposition took place June 27-29 in the Big Easy - New Orleans, Louisiana. The conference boasted attendance from over 4,000 leaders across 500 university and college engineering schools. In fact, nearly 90 percentof all U.S. engineering colleges are ASEE members.

Become a Registered User and Customize AutoSuggest for Compendex
Registered users within Engineering Village now have the ability to turn off the AutoSuggest feature and save that default in their profile in the My Preferences menu.  The Engineering Village AutoSuggest feature helps engineering researchers find relevant information quickly by utilizing a list of descriptive terms assigned to Compendex articles.  As you begin typing a search into the Engineering Village Quick Search form, a list of topic terms or phrases are displayed that match what you are typing.
